My dad lived here for several months and the team here took such good care of him! I was so grateful for their ability to shift their care as his needs changed rapidly. I felt so relieved they were able to keep him safe and comfortable during his time there.

I do not recommend this place. My father lived her for 15 months before he died. Initially when we put him here we were excited about the extensive list of activities we were told occurred every day. Yet every time we went to visit him he and the other residents were sitting in recliners in front of a TV. But the worst issue was a lack of communication. He was incorrectly medicated for the first several months. Nobody from this organization called to tell us. We found out when his personal doctor called and told us. Near the end my fathers health began deteriorating to the point he stopped eating. He stopped eating for an entire week before we were told, despite the fact we visited weekly, and that was only because we called and asked after receiving an erroneous call from the VA. After my father died nobody from this home ever called offering condolences or instructions on picking up his things. His personal property was not protected and we often came to visit and found him wearing other peoples clothing and his glasses always gone. He never had a glass of water to drink when we visited and the staff was too busy to hear residents ask for food or water. At one point for a couple weeks, even though we were required to wear masks to visit, one of the care takers had her 2 young toddlers running around the house screaming and taking away from her time and attention of the care of the residents. I wish we’d never taken him here. There has to be a better option.

My wife needed a secured memory facility and a staff that would work with her to keep her safe, comfortable and when possible happy. Assured Assisted Living provided that care. The care givers have always been easy to work with and the staff and management show concern and care for each resident. I especially like the fact that I can be a "love giver" to my wife without the worries of being a care giver. The caregivers interest in my wife extends to letting me know when her conditions change. This is much appreciated so that I can then arrange for further review by medical or dental professionals.

My grandmother is a resident at Assured and she is doing so much better after a bad experience at a larger facility. The staff here is incredible and even though she has been there for almost a year we still have the same caregivers working with her. She also has a gluten free diet and we weren’t charged anything extra to accommodate this. We choose a shared room and it’s saved us almost $15,000 in the first year, which we were hesitant at first but the administrators helped explain the benefits. They were right and I am so glad they understood our financial situation. It’s amazing to know that we are getting better care and we don’t have to worry as much about the long term financial situation. Thank you for making a wonderful home!

Assured has been an amazing experience for my Mother. This is the only place we found that has one Caregiver for every two or three residents. The one on one attention my Mom received made a big difference in her day to day life. We noticed a slower progression in her condition and a renewed attitude and energy that we hadn’t seen in 5 years. I also love that the staff was certified unlike other facilities. Francis, the administrator, taught me so much about the new techniques and research into my Mother’s condition. I personally was able to understand my Mother better and it improved our relationship as well. Words can’t express how much this meant to me after such a long road. I am so happy with Assured and believe they are the best all around care facility in Colorado.
