ATRIA CROSSROADS PLACE

Atria Crossroads is the perfect place for my mom. She has been there a year and I believe it’s been her best year in over a decade. It was hard for my father to meet her needs at their home. When he passed I brought her from Delaware to Connecticut to be closer to me. All of her needs are met here. She has a welcoming community that she is an active member of. She has made so many friends. She enjoys socialization, music and activities. She absolutely loves the food and tells me this every time I visit. The situation with my parents a year ago was stressful. Atria relieved the stress and provided a very soft place to land. I am very grateful for this caring community. The staff are so professional, knowledgeable and excellent at dealing with the needs of the elderly residents who live there. I highly recommend this community.

My family and I are so thankful that we found Atria Crossroads Place for our loved one! The staff at Atria is exceptional with their level of care. They truly treat the residents like family and go above and beyond to show them they are valued and respected. We couldn't ask for a better community to be a part of and find comfort in knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and so well cared for everyday.

Had a great Conversation with Judy Mackey in regards to the community. Called about getting information for a family member about the facility. Looks like it has a lot of great activities and would be a great fit. Would definitely recommend.

How can I say it, AMAZING! Beautiful, friendly, welcoming and a hidden gem. My stepmom is in the memory care unit, from Kwinie to Astrid and the other staff make you feel like family. The staff loves all the residents and it is obvious in the care and treatment of family members in their care. The staff are outstanding and informative. Judy Mackey is a peach and makes every step of the process a dream. I could not be happier with Atria and mom loves it! Thank you all for your kindness love and support at time that isn’t easy.

My mother lives at the Atria Crossroads Place, and they are like a second family. I cannot even begin to name just one staff member, who is exceptional, because they are all exceptional. My mother is in the memory care unit, and everyone knows her by name. Marie is often there working diligently, and giving every patient the individual attention they need. Christine is another wonderful lady, who goes out of her way to help everyone. Nadine personally came in just to chat and check on my mother the last time I visited. Everyone on the staff treats your loved ones like family. The activity programs are amazing. Every time I visit, my mother is engaged in a new activity, whether it be a sing-along or just snacking on ice cream. I cannot say enough about how caring everyone is at the Atria Crossroads.
