Joe Adrion was spectacular. He showed me around the whole facility and made sure I was familiar with the campus. He is super passionate and motivated to make changes and upgrades to the facility and has already made huge improvements in his first 3 months here. A wonderful guy passionate about his job! Couldn’t recommend Charter Senior Living of Augusta more for your loved ones!

“Maintenance Director & Tech” Joe & Christian made the renovation process seamless. They accommodated for parking and kept the staff and visitors aware or our next move to prevent any issues. Thanks to all of their help, our job was completed safely and efficiently. This place is very well kept and the staff has friendly personalities. I am sharing this review about Charter- Augusta Gardens because what could have been a stressful, certainly “not fun” experience moving my dear friend to assisted living turned out to be an exciting, very professional and supportive transition. From the beginning inquiries through the entire move in process, Jill Reid and the staff have been super; Jill continues to follow up with me with updates and even fun pictures - I love visiting the residents and staff - and my friend is very happy in her new home- Thanks

It was a hard decision to place my brother in a facility but Jill Reid and the staff at Augusta Gardens have been so reassuring and understanding throughout this process. My brother has special needs and requires a high level of care and they have been amazing with him, making sure that he’s cared for and included. I’m a paramedic and have been to all of the nursing homes in the CSRA in the last ten years and can confidently say that this is one of the two best in this area. I would recommend Augusta gardens to anyone who needs outstanding care for themselves or their family members.

It was a tough decision to put my mom in a facility, but I’m thankful that we found a wonderful place and Mrs. Jill and the staff has been so attentive and on top of things! My mom is thriving, making friends, doing, lots of activities, getting her physical therapy, good meals, and 24/7 care! This place is definitely 👍🏻 💯 and puts my mind at ease knowing that she’s being treated right ! Any hesitation, don’t your loved ones will be in good hands! 🙌
