Autumn Care II

My grandma is here, I told the nurse Jasmine that she was in pain and should not be slouch to the side sitting on her arm and the lady called her boss lied and said I was a problem and now I can't see my grandma that raised me and she is on hospice. Do not go here they sit on phones for hrs without checking patients.

I have a family member at this location and they run a great operation. From the management to the clinical staff, they are attentive and compassionate to the residents. As a visitor, I always feel welcome. I would especially like to recognize Dylan, who is a jack of all trades and helps out around the facility. Not only does he bring a professional work ethic to the table, he’s a genuine friend to the people who reside there. The world and this industry need more people just like him. Keep up the great work!

I recently stopped in here to visit a life long friend. I felt welcome by the staff, they took me to where my friend was. Everything seemed up and up! It was clean, and the residents were watching TV together in the commons area. This friend had been in another Autumn Care in Karens area, and I had been there a few times and was never impressed with the staff, and didn't feel welcome by the staff. Glad to give a Good report on this Autumn Care!

Finding care for an aging parent is never an easy task but some places make it an easier decision. My Dad has been living at Autumn Care West for almost two years now and we’ve been pleased. A small assisted living community in comparison to some others around, Autumn Care fits the needs of my father - especially with his limited mobility. Cleanliness was important to me when looking around for a place for Dad. For the past two years Autumn Care has pleased me by meeting my expectations in this regard. Over his time in their care, the friendly and helpful staff have gotten to know him (and my family) well and on a first-name basis – a personalized touch that other facilities perhaps struggle to match. Among provided activities, my Dad’s favorites include the healthy food, outside courtyard and music entertainment.

Family type community that provided loving care and support for my MIL. During her last months the staff tended to not only Mom's needs but regularly checked on our needs as well. When it became necessary for hospice care to come alongside Christina, head of nursing for AC, made all the contacts and arrangements for us. Coming to AC was the best decision we could have made for our mom. So thankful for the Karns location, the staff, and the community Mari and her husband and worked to establish.
