Autumn Care III

This facility is nothing but a greedy money-making machine that has zero compassion for its residents. They advertise luxury care and fine dining, but in reality, it’s all a lie. The residents—who are paying outrageous amounts to live here—are ignored, neglected, and overcharged for services they never receive. The caregivers, who should be focusing on resident care, are instead forced to work as servers and housekeepers—jobs that were NOT in their job descriptions. How can they properly care for residents when they’re being stretched so thin? Management doesn’t care. They are more focused on cutting corners and maximizing profits than actually running a quality assisted living facility. The food is absolutely disgusting. They advertise "fine dining," but residents are served low-quality, unappetizing meals that no one in their right mind would call fine dining. Many residents barely eat because the food is so bad, and complaints are ignored. Worst of all, management has no heart. While this facility is falling apart the owner is in her penthouse in FL. not giving any care in the world what is going on. They will take every last dollar from residents and their families while failing to provide even the basic care they promise. The staff is underpaid, overworked, and constantly quitting because of the terrible working conditions. Meanwhile, the residents—the people who should be the priority—suffer in silence. This place should be shut down. If you care about your loved ones, DO NOT send them here. They deserve better than this nightmare of a facility!

I can highly recommend Autumn Care Farragut. My grandmother has been a resident there for 2 1/2 years. The staff are genuinely kind and caring towards her. And it’s always clean, bright and peaceful when I visit.

Our experience with Autumn Care was extremely poor. During such an emotional and stressful time we felt taken advantage of and cheated. None of the information we were given verbally matched up with the paperwork received. When we attempted to cancel prior to the assessment our deposit was cashed and we were told there was no refund available, even though they admitted the information we received was incorrect. Our attempts to reach the owners have been met with total silence. Please don’t make the same mistakes we did in trusting Autumn Care.

Wonderful place! Wonderful caring staff both new and those who have been there since their opening. They have gone above and beyond to keep our family members safe during the pandemic and we are so grateful.

Can't beat their facilities for price or quality of care. My mom was in their first one in Karns.
