My mother has been living at Autumn Care for nearly a month. She has adjusted very well with the friendly staff. She enjoys the food and is on time for every meal. The activities in the morning are enjoyable when she is able to go. Even tho mom isn’t a gamer and never enjoyed Bingo the activities director finds things for her to help with which mom enjoys. When there has been an issue the staff is very efficient of handling it quickly with a positive result. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the decor.

I have been overwhelmed by the staff and residents at Autume Care in Farragut. They have made this transition as easy as possible. I love knowing that my Mother is being cared for so well in a warm and loving environment. She is able to receive PT and OT in the same building, have her hair done etc. Starting her day with devotions, music then chair exercises is such a gift. The food is exceptional and the servers call each one by name. It is a gorgeous atmosphere that makes visiting comfortable. It is the Chic Fil A of senior living with friendly over the top service❤️

My mother passed away recently at Autumn Care. The staff and nurses were kind and helpful throughout her decline and death. Many of them now feel like family to me. I have only good feelings towards everyone at Autumn Care and they made this experience easier for me and my family.

If you want your loved one to receive the wrong medication, not be monitored to take the medication (and potentially overdose on something when they choose to take it all at once), if you don't want nurses to come when your loved one calls, if you'd rather the staff have a dance party in the middle of the night rather than take care of your loved one, if you want inconsistent covid rules (where you must be vaxxed and masked but construction workers and others do not in order to enter the building), then by all means go here. The owner Mari has no business running these Autumn care facilities. Complete incompetence. Part of the issue with the staff is that they are paid on the low end of healthcare salaries. Some nurses have been quality, but they leave because they know how ill-managed this place is. Save your loved one, look elsewhere. Update: Carol's response implied my grandparents were simply discharged. No. They were evicted because they could no longer be cared for. We were also told the brand new memory care unit could not operate because they couldn't staff it. So beware there. So at the end of my Grandma's life, she was evicted and died days later due to the trauma of the move and the fall she sustained at Autumn Care while the nurses stood by "to allow her to fall gracefully". We only know about the midnight dance party because my sister spent the night with my grandparents the night before their move. We complained for years about their care, apparently Carol was not made aware. The reason they were kept there was they were receiving about $2200 a month from the state's choices program for care. Not many facilities take that. And we were terrified yet another move wouldcause a stark decline in their health. Autumn Care had already forced them to move from the Farragut facility due to their clerical error. Run far, run fast. Deane Hill Place gave my grandparents a humane ending and treated them with kindness and actually answered the nurse call button.

A few days ago, I tried to navigate Autumn Care's poorly constructed website to make my father and I an appointment to meet with Mari at the Karns facility. There was no local phone number, the locations tab listed Pathways memory care as a location, and no information about the staff. I booked an online tour and I received an email from Autumn Care confirming that appointment. The email also said nothing about the fact that the facility was under construction. This should have been my first clue. Upon arriving there was no signage showing how to enter the building. Finally, a woman sitting in a car told us how to enter through a side porch area. No one greeted us so we walked down a hallway looking for someone who worked there. Finally, a staff member led us to an office to wait. Then we found out that Mari (the Owner) was not even there and apparently claimed she didn't know about the appointment!!! I showed the staff person my email confirmation! I asked if their was an Executive director on site ...she was not in! What an unorganized mess! Finally, the head nurse tried to step in to show us around. We were horrified. The prevelant smell of urine, a cluttered environment, a nasty public bathroom, and large room of disengaged residents. That day we visited 3 facilities. Autumn Care failed on all accounts! No way I could ever place my mom under their care!!!
