Autumn Fields Adult Community

This entire facility and staff are simply wonderful. Following the passing of my mother, my father needed to move to an assisted living facility. Autumn Fields was a short six miles north, and close to their previous home, family, and friends. They are incredibly welcoming from the onset. The facility is warm, and inviting. There are so many activities, and one of the key things I focused on when visiting, was whether the current residents seemed happy. Not only were they, but everyone had a smile, a warm hello, and were very friendly, residents and staff alike. We were invited to have lunch with the residents during our initial visit, and I can honestly say, I would eat there 3 meals a day if I could. They prepare 3 very healthy, and balanced meals for residents throughout each day. Snacks are on hand 24/7 if your loved one is a 'snacker', such as dad. The staff is amazingly caring, and attentive. Dad has settled right into a routine of having them help with his medicines. The apartments are spacious units, with everything necessary for comfortable living. Vanessa is very reachable at just about any time, and there are nurse and support staff on hand 24/7. Even the maintenance man is incredibly available and helpful. I simply can't recommend them enough. I was initially concerned as to whether my dad would be able to adjust, but I not only feel he will be able to, I believe he will thrive at Autumn Fields. A truly heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at the facility!

Autumn Fields has met all our expectations. What a fabulous place to take care of our parents who are 88 years old. The COVID virus has taken a toll on everyone especially the elderly health care providers. We were unable to get adequate care for our parents in their home and many of the local facilities where not excepting patients. So we starting branching out our search. We are so happy we did. Autumn Fields is very clean, up to date and inviting. The staff are so accommodating and ready to help with all our needs. (Including extra hugs) They are easy to communicate with and we are very comfortable leaving our parents in their hands. Vanessa has been there every step of the way guiding us and providing much needed emotional, administrative and instructional help with the transition. Kathy and Dorothy have been there to help make sure my parents are being included in the day-to-day activities and making sure they are staying on track with their meals and medications. It’s a wonderful facility and we are so happy we found it.
