Reflections Memory Care - Savoy

My wife has been at Reflections Memory Care in Savoy for over 2 months and I am extremely pleased with the care that she has been given. She was in a different memory care facility for 3-1/2 years and the management there was not good. Reflections is a very nice facility, well maintained and clean, with wonderful caregivers and nurses that are professional, kind, helpful, and compassionate. The food is very good and there is sufficient staffing to care for everyone. It has made a world of difference for my wife. She is much less anxious and more peaceful since moving there. I wish that I could have found Reflections sooner.

Had a good walk through with mom the staff seemed nice as well as the residents, the activities seen seemed really fun and inclusive, everything seemed pretty nice apart from one things and that was Sherri, she wasn’t hiding being rude to the employees and wasn’t very nice all around. The director Shae is so nice and everything else basically makes up for it, her attitude towards staff is just disappointing and makes me wonder how she is with residents

Staff is amazing always happy and ready to assist! Shae is very on top of things in the building when I was there, very accommodating. Food is great and residents seem to love the place as well. Very happy we picked this place for our family member!

We did the tour and was very impressed. Seems like a caring community and very clean and inviting. Staff seemed happy in their jobs and the Director has experience in running a facility like this.

Staff, cares for the residents like family. Food is hot, taste very good with wide variety. Apartment and common rooms are clean with lots of natural light. I'm happy I chose Reflections
