Autumn Green at Wright Campus

My parents just moved in about two weeks ago and the staff is awesome. We really like the place because they’re always checking on them. Its a very friendly place.

My dad moved in a few weeks ago to High Point, and he loves it! He said the food served is tasty, and he is able to get around easily even with his limited english due to the helpful staff members. He also said the residents are very kind with one even showing him how the laundry works. He is provided assistance with cleaning and laundry on a weekly basis, and for someone who is picky, he has not once complained that the services were mediocre. I've been there a ton of times already to get my dad settled in, and the building and his unit have been very well kept and clean each visit. The staff and nurses have been easy to get a hold of and very responsive to my many question and requests. They even went above and beyond by giving my dad documents translated in his language to make things easier for him to adjust to the new place. Even the corporate staff have been amazing in helping him find his new home and making sure he is receiving good individualized care. Overall, we are both extremely happy with the place and the quality care.

My sister was recently located to high point residence and she is so happy. I am so grateful for Gabby and Rose who have went above and beyond for my sister as she transition from 6 years living in the most horrible nursing home to living with assistance. Our mother is a new resident here at High Point Residence Chicago Northwest, and we are so pleased with the experience.
