AUTUMN HOUSE OF YORK

My uncle has lived at Autumn House West for over 2 years. He is very content with his accommodations. He has a very nice room with a shared bathroom, the food is good, he is well taken care of, and the staff and administrators are friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Autumn House West!!!

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and professional. The needs of the residents are addressed in a timely manner. Upper-level management is easy to reach and provides timely and effective solutions to issues and concerns. There are many extracurricular activities available to the residents that keep them engaged and interactive with others. The place is kept very clean and well organized. Residents' dietary needs are always taken into consideration. Maintenance fixes room related problems effectively and kindly.

We started our journey in Personal Care with my mother and are now in Memory Care. It is a wonderful community and loving environment for my mom. Jen, the Memory Care Director, has a great sense of what activities the residents enjoy doing. The staff is friendly and compassionate to the needs of the residents. Great facility inside and beautiful courtyards outside to spend some time.

I LOVE being part of Autumn House WEST! The staff and residents are all very loving and caring. They are always willing to give a helping hand. - The residents enjoy and look forward to all the activities and outings. Caring staff in the memory care unit. Am and pm activities and crafts are scheduled daily. Jen (memory care director) always finds time to answer/address concerns from the family of residents. Clean well maintained facility both inside and out. Gardens are beautiful!
