The best assisted living memory care in Edmond, Oklahoma! The health care staff provides high quality of care for these residents! The food is great! They have several activities for the residents to do. Staff members are very professional and super nice! The place is very clean and organized! I give this place 5 stars!!

My mom was at Jasmine Estates for over a year. The staff is more like a family and they really care for your loved one. They are awesome! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place for your loved one. The people are the best!

I would not send my family to this facility. I went with my friend to visit her grandma there and it was crazy. There was a man down the same hall as her grandma yelling "help" at least twenty times. The aide never came to help him but a lady with a cart stopped by his room when he was yelling and found him on the floor. I heard her say that someone needed to come to his room to pick him up because he had fallen down. The aide that came to his room complained the entire time about having to keep helping him up off the floor. We were there for about a hour and the care was extraordinarily bad. My friends grandma was soaking wet, smelled like urine, and had not been changed in hours. We ended up helping her grandma change clothes and get more comfortable but there should be some sort of training or discipline for the nursing staff at this place. A resident should not have to yell for help before someone comes to check on him and residents should not be sitting in wet clothes for hours.

My husband was placed at Autumn Leaves in Edmond on July 1, 2021, He has received great thoughtful care. The staff are friendly and compassionate. Maddie the activity director has made a great effort to include my reluctant husband in the activities and now he participates freely . The meals are well planned and delicious; my husband eats every bite. I am so thankful for the staff and the residents that have made my husband's stay comfortable.
