Lori Pohlman has been an excellent guide through this process of placing our loved one in a memory care facility. Even though he is in skilled nursing for rehab she has gone above and beyond helping us find a place working towards going to Colonial Oaks. On our visit Colonial Oaks was clean, cheerful with a very helpful staff. We know he will be in good hands there with the care they take with their clients. I would highly recommend colonial oaks, my dad has been a resident for over a year, and he is happy and it is home for him. He has plenty of room to walk around. Staff and care givers are excellent with the residents.
