Autumn Place has become family. They have extended more kindness to us since transitioning to more coordinate care for Dad. They went over and beyond to get us settled, and to provide care for him. Sara is like a fairy with grace and wings. Angela, our admin never misses a beat. Thank you 🙏🏼 Happy Dad is home.
