Avamere At Rio Rancho

Warning! They are currently scamming my 91-year old Mother for $12,000. We planned to move her in and paid the necessary deposit along with first month’s rent. Before we ever took possession my Mother fell ill and was forced to stay at her current residence. When we informed Lindsey Hinkle she bluntly said “No refund and your responsible for an additional months rent.” Now no one at the organization will contact me or help in any way. Don’t trust them or Lindsey Hinkle! Follow up... they have not contacted me as they suggested they would in the response below.

The food was delicious! Staff was friendly and really focused on learning our names and offering help of we needed it. I love this facility.

The staff here at Avamere are wonderful, they treat you as a person not a room number. Charmaine, Venessa & Casey in Activities go out of their way to include everyone, and have activities that are not only different, but entertaining as well.

From the front to the back starting with staff, what a blessing to have wonderful caring staff members & the warm environment just touched me deeply. Can't wait to get family here we'd love to be a a part of your facility. Thank you again. Mrs Cooks P.

Looking for an assisted living facility is not easy and finding one that has caring, competent staff is extremely important. Lindsey, the community coordinator, was our first contact at Avamere. She is professional, excellent communicator and helpful. Lindsey not only reassured us, she also helped us with resources to help with the costs. It was the only facility willing to provide transportation without so many limits. We were able to move in our loved one's furnishings and decorate the way we wanted for our loved one. The front desk is very welcoming and friendly. The care staff are always willing to serve and support when needed. The cook came out and introduced himself to reassure us that he cares about the needs of residents. The room, building and facilities are all very well maintained. I truly feel we found a gem for our loved one. I feel comfortable and confident of the care they provide.
