Avenir Memory Care at Knoxville

Our experience with experiencing the staff working with the memory clients has been are awsome. The staff are always patient and caring with my sister. Can't recommend it enough.

My parents have been at Concord Place since April 2025. This is the third memory care facility they have lived at in Knoxville and Concord Place is by far the best. The caregivers and nursing staff are excellent. We came to Concord Place because of Patience, one of the nurses on staff. She cared for my mom until she passed and did an excellent job at it as well as taking care of my dad now. Concord Place has several nurses on staff and they all do an excellent job with the residents. I wouldn't put my parents anywhere else, and really wish that we would have found this place from the get go. We have been so pleased with the care that my parents have received here at Concord Place. The administrative team is great also. We are beyond pleased with Concord Place in every aspect.

I work in the senior industry and spend time with the residents and staff at Concord Memory engaging in activities and providing snacks from time to time. Every time I walk through the front door I am greeted by friendly staff and it always smells clean and fresh. The residents are like family to the staff and very well taken care of. I'm so thankful for such a warm and inviting place for memory impaired residents to live and age in Place. The care, training and support the staff at Concord gives to these folks is outstanding. I'm honored to be apart of such a wonderful facility in our community. I highly recommend this memory care community for anyone looking to place a loved one with memory deficits. 5 stars for sure!!!

I would like to give a shout out to Angie Smith, one of the caregivers at Concord Place. She has been so loving and gentle with my mother. She has been very helpful to me and my family. Although my mother requires a high level of care, she does not treat her as an imposition but instead treats her with kindness and compassion. She is a model for others in her interactions. My mother has been at Concord Place Memory Care for a long time. And she has received excellent care there for many years. We will be sad to leave this place.

Concord Place has an amazing activity director, Lorie. She is always looking for new ways to engage with the residents, makes sure everyone is feeling included and involved. Shannon is a fabulous, caring nurse and always has a smile and kind words for everyone she meets. There are so many wonderful caregivers, dedicated nurses and caring staff at this facility. Keyera and Cametra are two of my favorite caregivers. These ladies are always hard working and bringing the positive vibes! I love this community.
