Avenir Memory Care at Little Rock LP

I have nothing but praise for Pinnacle Place Memory Care. My mother lived there for a year and a half. Throughout her time, all of the staff were very attentive, helpful, and dedicated to making the lives of residents the best.

We moved our father to Pinnacle Place Memory Care back in May of 2024. The administration at Pinnacle Place Memory Care was very informative, caring and compassionate. The nurses provided excellent medication management to our father and communicated with us regularly regarding his needs. Pinnacle Place was very accommodating with his needs and provided specific activities that interested him such as working in the garden. I would recommend this place for anyone who is searching for a memory care facility for their loved one.

A special thanks to Sheri Granger for coming and sharing with the seniors center she shared with us she gave us a lot of information that we can use each to care for ourselves and if we needed anything just give her a call she would help the seniors to get what we needed she really give ideas to care for ourselves each day she had a question and answer so we could ask questions we thanks her for all the wonderful things she shared with us thanks for everything.

Pinnacle Place Memory Care was amazing with my mother-in-law. They helped us with paperwork, transitions, and everything we needed to have her in a safe, warm, friendly place for a few days. We appreciate all the staff for their care for her. Highly recommend them for memory care!

My parents moved in to Pinnacle Place a couple of months ago after living in and being evicted from an"assisted living/memory care" facility in Little Rock after 7 months for behavioral issues associated with dementia/alzheimers, which anyone who has a loved one with dementia knpws this is laughable. The transformation in 2 months has been astounding and positively emotional. The level of care is phenomenal! There have been so many staff who have already made a difference in our experience: Nick and Lexi (activities), nursing and care staff (Diana, Caitlin, Maya, Angie, April, Jasmine to name a few), administrators (Rene, Sherri, Tamela) and reception (Nicole and Ms. Venita) The staff is specifically trained in memory care and takes time to reach out to the residents personally. Once a month they have a family meeting to discuss recommendations or concerns, AND THEY ACTUALLY RESPOND AND ACT. I highly recommend Pinnacle Place for your loved one. PS: it is under new management. Come see for yourself!
