AZALEA ESTATES OF FAYETTEVILLE

I’m concerned that I go to visit a friend and see most of the staff sitting around on their phones for hours while some residents are calling out for assistance. When it comes to assisting that is few and far in between as a have asked for assistance for my friend to no avail Disappointing.

Azalea Estates has been a blessing for my 92 year old mother. The facility is beautiful, clean, and my mother loves the food there. The staff and her nurses have been very kind and supportive of my mother during her two monty respite stay. Whenever there was a very small concern I only had to call Mirna and it was taken care of. When my family visits my mom she is happy and in a good mood. She loves the activities, entertainment, and the church service.

Azalea Estates took care of my mother up until the time of her death. They were extremely responsive to her and myself in all aspects. I went everyday to see mom, and got to know the staff and see first hand how they functioned in the facility. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile and the people there really do CARE about the well being of your loved one. The facility is clean, no oders, and the people living there are happy. My mom loved it there! Thank you Azalea Estates for your caring concern for my mother.

If I had the option to rate with zero stars, I certainly would. The customer service I experienced over the phone was absolutely dreadful. I strongly discourage anyone from considering Azalea Estates for their loved ones. If you have no regard for someone's well-being and are willing to subject them to potential neglect and mistreatment, then Azalea Estates might be the place for you!

Choosing Azalea Estates for my mother after a stay at another assisted living was hands down the best decision we made. Things are not perfect and my mom is not easy to please and sometimes we as her children are not easy to please, but everyone at Azalea has been so patient, kind, and caring. They teach me to take a breath and step back, so that they can do what they do best which is taking care of my mom. My family and I are so grateful for everyone at Azalea Estates!
