This place is adult maltreatment in a building! Given minimal food bc they want to “cut cost”, state mandated funds are NOT given to residents, living quarters are full of bedbugs and treatment for their neglected environment is throwing them a tube of cream. You cannot get ANYONE on the phone and when you do they are either incompetent or completely rude. The state cannot close this place down any sooner.

This facility tries to control my whole life and tries to take half of my renter's rebate check of $750. I didn't even see my check. How is this not laundering money? I I have never been so down graded in my whole life. This facility had a 8pm to 8am curfew for all residences. That didn't happen in my case as they lifted this insane curfew. I bet it is now that I am not a resident back to this illegal policy. They don't deserve one star. It is all about the money and not the residence's best interest. Just because I am totally disabled doesn't mean I don't have rights to be treated with dignity and respect. As a matter of fact it is the law. Not saying to try to insult my intelligence is total disrespect. I am a human being, not a dog.

After my family and I tried reaching her for months, she decided to call us back when I pointed out her flaws as I work in LTC. She needs a new profession. I contacted the website, my family called several times, I called several times. Stephanie, find a new industry. I have reported you to the department of mental health via the adult abuse and neglect hotline.
