BARTLESVILLE ASSISTED LIVING

Sadly, my loved one could no longer be cared for by family, and the tough decision for assisted living had to be made. I'm so glad she is here. It's an adjustment, but the amazing staff has made all the difference. We really appreciate the care she receives. Extra bonus points go to Karlee, Robin, Jamie and Jenny! You can tell they love their patients and I trust that they treat my Grandma like she's their grandma. Thank you all for the what you do!

I would and have let my family live here. Several members in fact. They are the nicest assisted living in bartlesville in my opinion. They are very attentive to their residents.

This 5 stars are for the kitchen staff!!!!!! They are helpful and kind and accommodating and go beyond the call of duty to make sure my mother is taken care of. Especially Althea, thank you.

My mother has been at BAL for over a year now. Overall she has received excellent care. In particularly, her RN has been very communicative with me regarding my mother's medication and anytime any of her medical conditions flare up. When mother had an issue with one of the aides I brought it to the attention of management and it was resolved. My mother especially enjoys playing bingo and getting her hair done at the salon on site. Her only consistent complaint is the food tends to be not as hot or as heavily seasoned as she would prefer. I appreciate that the facility is clean, smells good, and is in general good repair. Also, I appreciate that any concern I have brought to management has been addressed.

My mother is very happy at Bartlesville Assisted Living. She loves her apartment, and the staff are attentive, caring, and professional. There’s a lively atmosphere during the day with activities, meals, etc., and it keeps her from feeling lonely. I’m very pleased.
