BEAR CREEK SENIOR LIVING

I took a little time before posting this review. I do feel it is required. Bear Creek expressed to us this would be fully independent living. This facility does NOT offer independent living. My friend witnessed a constant line of elderly being wheeled out on stretchers as she ate dinner. This is heartbreaking and can work badly with your spirit. It was making her depressed! They continued to walk in on her with her door locked. This was after we posted a sign asking to stop, it continued. They took her blood without consulting the family and made her feel pressured to do so. Again, she was not sick and needed no blood work. This was discussed during the signing of the contract. They ignored her wishes! The FEES! Where do I start? $14.50 for what they call a damage fee, this was every bill and could not be explained. Note: no list of “damages” were ever given. The “donations “ are not donations! They call them that, it is required. My friend stayed at this facility (she is sound mind and body/with NO care) Dec.28,2025 - February 9th 2026 her overall cost was over $14,000 again with NO assistance! They mislead an elderly woman and myself! Again, this place is NOT independent living. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did us.

My experience with Bear Creek and the staff has been incredible! Their kindness and understanding was so comforting when I had to deal with an emergency situation with a 98 yo grandmother. It started with Cooper: she spent all the time I needed to get us set up and didn't make me feel at all rushed in the process but then moved quickly to help get my grandmother set up. Even when it meant working on a weekend, Cooper didn't hesitate. Further, when we had to make the decision to move my grandmother to Memory Care, Cooper and the staff were again incredibly supportive throughout the process; not once rushing us and checking in frequently along the way. I can't say enough about how kind, generous, and careful the staff are at Bear Creek!

The care at Bear Creek is just fantastic ! The staff are caring & compassionate and go above and beyond to care for their residents. The activities on offer are so much fun and also keep the mind active too ! I cannot fault Bear Creek and the care they provide. Meals are both nutritional and tasty. The social services are excellent & helpful in all aspects. Well done to all the staff ! Highly recommended ⭐️

Great, Great Skilled Nursing!!! Jake will make sure to take care of your loved one upon the admission process and George will take care of their discharge process in detail. This place always has great communication and their notes are always detailed and up to date to ensure it’s clear what the patient needs while on-site and after they discharge their skilled nursing community. The Assisted Living and Memory Care is wonderful as well with a consistent staff that been here for years! Carla and Valerie who oversee the assisted living along with their great team, are always pro-active and not re-active in their care focus with great communication. Brenda in memory care is wired the same pro-active way, with great communication as well. Christine has been the Director here for some time and is deeply involved with her community and Stellar Living. I trust this community, plus would and will place my family here anytime the need arises!

Our experience at Bear Creek has been exceptional, and we are very grateful to the staff and whole team for loving our family like their own!! We first came to Bear Creek via their rehabilitation center after my grandfather was discharged from the hospital. Shortly after, both he and my grandmother became residents. They love their spacious apartment. My grandmother especially loves the view overlooking the foothills. The facility as a whole is always well kept, clean, friendly environment, very organized, etc. The staff is also always very pleasant and nice. Often times when I am there visiting them I even see upper management walking around, mingling with residents. I have eaten there many times and the food and menu is always very good. The staff and whole team have been absolute angels and God sends during a difficult time of transitioning family and meeting their ever changing daily needs. My family and I have been blown away with the overall care and attention our loved ones have received while being residents there and the overall communication with us day in and day out! The staff is always very approachable and prompt to get back to your should you need something. We have been especially grateful to the health and wellness team for always keeping us in the loop regarding any issues and changes. Bear Creek has several amazing and fun events throughout the year to try and involve family such as Thanksgiving and Christmas meals which is really nice. Their daily activities are also very well thought out and I appreciate that they try to keep the residents busy. Thank you Bear Creek we are truly grateful to you and all that you do for the community and residents!!
