CHERRY CREEK RETIREMENT VILLAGE

I had such a wonderful experience visiting Cherry Creek Retirement Village. Lisa was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer every single one of my questions with care and detail. The community itself is beautiful and very welcoming, and I noticed right away how happy the residents were. I happened to visit during lunchtime, and the meal being served looked, fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by everyone. I would highly recommend Cherry Creek Retirement Village to anyone looking for a senior living community where residents are clearly happy and well supported.

My uncle has been a resident here for 3 years. The facility is beautiful, bright and clean. Maintenance, housekeeping, kitchen staff all take pride in their work and it shows. The healthcare staff are wonderful and compassionate as well. Cindy, Taffy, Gloria, Evelyn and the rest of the staff are always going that extra mile for the residents to keep them healthy and happy. I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff and facility truly are. I highly recommend Cherry Creek Retirement Village to any looking to ease the burdens of daily life. 5 Star Home For Mom !! Do NOT look anywhere else. Cherry Creek Retirement Village is A+, Top Notch !! Lisa, Andrew, Vanessa, Evelyn, Gloria, Marie, the list of incredible employees / staff doesn’t end. These are Wonderful Souls watching out for my Mom every minute of the day. They have made Mom’s rather unexpected arrival at CCRV an absolute joy, relief, and have put Mom at ease and our family as well. The staff members named above (and plenty more I haven’t mentioned) go out of their way every minute of the day and night to make sure all residents are welcome, comfortable, taken care of, loved, fed yummy nutritious meals…the list of Goodness doesn’t end ! Our family and Mom can’t sing enough praises. Thank You CCRV !! ❤️❤️

EDIT: I am updating my review and rating, Shortly after posting my review I received a call from the new director, Cindy. She helped me with all the logistics and questions I had to get my dad moved out of the apartment and back to WA. She was very helpful, kind, always returned my calls, and even checked up after he was moved out. I wish this had been the case with the previous directors, and I told Cindy of the messages I left with other folks who never called me back so she could address it with staff. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating because I am out of state. My elderly father lives there and every time I try to call and have a manager call me back they never do. It’s urgent I talk to the manager as I’m trying to move my father back to his home state. I have no family there and desperately trying to work out logistics but can’t until I get a return call to talk about what needs to be done and by when. I need to get a call back ASAP to get his flight arranged and find someone to help move all his stuff out.

My mom has lived at CCRV for almost 4 yrs. and loves living here. Not only is the physical environment beautiful, immaculate and welcoming, more importantly, the people (both residents and staff) are very friendly, always helpful, inclusive and quickly responsive to personal needs. Staff quickly learn your name and treat you as if you are the most important person in the world. As a daughter of an aging parent, I have found an enormous sense of peace and comfort to know when I left my mom at the end of a day, she was in a place where people knew her, cared about her and were there for her if needed. Thank you CCRV staff for all you do, the little and the big, at this important stage in a person's life! You make a difference every day!
