CHELSEA PLACE

I wanted to give some attention to a few of the caregivers and employees in my mom's area who have been great with my mom and have been attentive to things when I asked, inquired or requested something for my mom. They are very kind and considerate and work very hard. Krishna N., Mitra, Maria R., Paola, Kelly (Activities), Prairie (front desk), Sheri (activities), and Brianna. I see this team the most when I'm there several times a week for several hours each visit usually. I appreciate all they do!

Three months ago we made the decision to move Mom. We wanted a place that felt like a second home. At Chelsea Place, Mom has a private apartment where she is safe and has an excellent care team looking after her needs. They are all so friendly. Mom has made friends, loves the food and it is clean. We want to thank the team at Chelsea Place. From Iva and April D. to Mona, Harriott and Prairie who keep operations running. Ashley, Mitra, Marie and Doug for looking after Mom’s health. A special thanks to Daisy, April B., Kristi, Jessica, Liz, Shi, Bri and Brenna for constantly caring for Mom despite the many distractions from all their duties. Kelly, Jeanne and Henry keep Mom busy with stimulating activities. Elaine, Peter and Jake provide wonderful meals. Sandra, Erica and Jeff round out Mom’s care with housekeeping duties and maintenance. Thank you all for your wonderful care!

This place has been great. When we made the tough decision to place my mom in a facility, they made it feel like a second home. When you first walk in, Mona and Harriet immediately put you at ease with their big smiles. Then the admin and nurses, April, Iva, Ashley, and Eliza, truly get to know your loved one and what makes them unique. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Place for anyone in the same situation.

I met with April, administrator at Chelsea Place. April was so kind and considerate. She answered all my questions and shared caring for my mom and all family members. April introduced me to all the staff. They were so friendly! I hope to move forward applying for residency for my mother. Really wonderful.

About three weeks ago Mom moved into her new home at Chelsea Place, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience so far. The transition was nearly seamless, which made an emotional and stressful time so much easier for our family. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Everyone has been attentive to my mom’s individual needs and genuinely cares about her well-being. The food has been great, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, which gives us so much peace of mind. A special thank-you to Iva, the manager, for her leadership and compassion; April in sales for guiding us through the process; Mona and Denise, as well as the weekend receptionist, for always being welcoming and helpful; Elaine, the chef, along with Josh and Peter in the kitchen for providing wonderful meals; Julian, the server, for her kindness; Molly and Kelly for creating engaging and thoughtful activities; and Sandra for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. We are also incredibly grateful for the amazing caregivers—Chaun, Daisy, Mazzy, Jessica, Brianna, Liz, April, Rachael, and Caesar—who treat my mom with dignity, patience, and genuine care every day. Choosing a memory care facility is never easy, but this team has made us feel confident and supported in our decision. We are so thankful for everything they do and highly recommend this facility to other families looking for a compassionate and well-run memory care community.
