My mom received excellent care at Bedford Falls. Support, kindness and caring were shown with each interaction. Responsiveness to any question or concern was handled quickly and professionally. Unlike many facilities where staff is rotating in and out this facility has long tenured staff that work well as a team and enjoy their co-workers. I would highly recommend to anyone needing care for their aging family member. This team really loves their people and the work they do and it shows! Thank you Bedford Falls staff for being so caring.

My mother needed assisted living care. We compared there services and the environment at BF to many other assisted living facilities. We chose Bedford falls and were very Happy with our choice. Bedford falls provides exceptional care for their residents. The Nursing staff is very competent and attentive to the needs of the residents. Their social engagements and events for residents are well planed and well attended. I can recommend Bedford Falls as a great place for anyone needing assisted living.

Our mom had a very positive experience during her residence at Bedford Falls. The team, from the Executive Director to the newest aide, was always kind, proactive and at the ready to help our mom in any way, as her condition was complex. The application and onboarding processes were very transparent to remove stress. We can strongly recommend Bedford Falls to any family looking for a thoughtful assisted living community with people who care a lot about their residents.

My mother has been a resident at Bedford Falls since opening day in 2012. Leaving your home and former life is difficult, and the staff worked very hard to acclimate my mother, and make her feel at ease. She has received the best care available over the years, and owes her life many times over, to caretakers who recognized she needed to go to the hospital. To this day, she is engaged, safe, happy, and has come to recognize the staff as family. What's more, I can see how much the staff cares about my mother. Bedford Falls is run with compassion, care, and endless humanity. In addition, the interior and exterior of the building are absolutely gorgeous and maintained to the highest standard. When I walk in there, the staff knows me, and they know who my mother is. I would not want her to live anywhere else. She considers Bedford Falls her home, not assisted living.

I feel very fortunate to have found Bedford Falls. I needed a facility for both my parents, one in Memory Care and one in Assisted Living. The staff throughout the facility are quite exceptional, they all make eye contact and greet you each time they see you. There is a strong corporate culture of providing compassionate, attentive and collaborative care. I continue to be impressed by the kindness of the staff and the ways they work to personally connect to each resident. I highly recommend this facility.
