I am completely new on this journey. I am very private and protective of my mom. Monica and Beehive of Edgewood, walked me through this process with compassion and patience. The care given to my mom was warm and attentive. Saying “thank you” doesn’t begin to express my appreciation.

I am the caregiver for my grandma who has dementia. I am trying to keep her in my home as long as I can. On occasion, I use Beehive for respite. They are amazing! I LOVE the director, Monica. She goes above and beyond. My grandma is always happy to go there and "give us a break" and even chose going there over spending the time with us at our Colorado cabin. I have not trusted any other place for her care and I'm so grateful to have such an excellent facility in my home town. Don't hesitate to contact them!

BeeHive Homes in Edgewood is filled with staff that treat their residents like family. They provide excellent, compassionate care and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. So grateful for their excellent care of our patients!

My mother-in-law has lived at the Beehive since November 2024. We are so pleased with the care she receives there! Oftentimes I will see the caregivers curling a residents hair, painting their nails, or turning on their favorite music (often times loudly out of necessity) just to see a smile on a resident's face. They do a great job cleaning and doing my mother-in-laws laundry. If an incident comes up, they are quick to give me a phone call letting me know. On special occasions (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother’s Day), we will be invited to join my mother-in-law for a meal. On her birthday, my mother-in-law received flowers and balloons. For the caregivers, its not just a job and it shows! If I didn't have young kids, I would consider moving in there myself. 😉

My mom was at the Beehive for just over a year until she passed. I visited her almost every day and got to know the staff pretty well. I was always impressed with the care my mom received and I felt very comfortable with having her there. The caregivers were very kind and went above and beyond to manage all of her needs. Suzanna knew mom's food preferences and she always made sure to serve her meals that she liked. Our favorite caregiver was Gail. She had a close and loving relationship with mom. She was gentle and kind and compassionate, as were the others. Overall I we were very pleased with the Beehive and I'm so glad we have this home like, comfortable and convenient facility here in the east mountains.
