Please think of visiting and touring this place if it is time to send your loved one into a home. No place will ever be as good as being home with 24 hour care. However, if that is not feasible, tour here. The staff is caring, welcoming, respectful and becomes like your family pretty quickly once you visit for a while. For your person, pretty quickly the staff will learn how to make them feel special and loved and not feel like strangers to them. Huge hugs to Kitty for overseeing everything that goes on and Briana and Tristan for opening their hearts so fully with everyone.

My dad is getting very good care at Beehive. He says that he likes it there too! The staff is always kind and helpful. This smaller community setting for seniors is very clean and whenever there's a concern regarding my dad's safety or health, I am alerted and it's addressed immediately.

I felt like I had a second family within days of arriving at Beehive in Bernalillo! My husband was suffering with Parkinson’s disease and I could no longer care for him at home. At the same time I suffered from a stress related problem and lost my ability to walk! The team at Beehive stepped up and had everything ready for our arrival. It was such a joyous relief to realize we were genuinely safe and sound. Bernadette Valdez and her team are true caregivers and listen to all their residents and address each and every concern that may arise. My husband passed away the end of October and Beehive helped me with every detail including setting up a life celebration at Beehive! My mother in law stayed at the Beehive for several months before she passed away. The staff was very attentive to her. Every time we stopped in to see her, which was daily, you could tell she was being cared for. Thank you Bernadette & your staff , y’all are awesome.

The absolute worse assisted living/nursing home to have your loved one's placed! No one takes responsibility for the lack of care and neglect! Also all of my mother's jewelry that she insisted having at this place was stolen! It was the only things that she had left that my father gave her (he passed away 5 years ago). She took them off at night and placed on her nightstand. The police were called and the management didn't show any concern or even care! Don't put your loved one in this place! You'll regret it!
