Beehive Homes Of Enchanted Hills

I recently made a professional visit to resident at Enchanted Hills; met Leah (mgr) and Jessica (caregiver) who were both so warm, engaging with residents, and genuinely caring. It's a quiet location but not far from all neededs, etc, not fancy - but rather a homey and welcoming environment. I was impressed!!!!

Our Mom has been in Enchanted Hills Bee Hive (Rio Rancho) for over a year. Friendly and caring staff. Kayla is kind, compassionate, caring and treats residents and their relatives like a member of her own family. Always positive and upbeat. We couldn't ask for a better living facility for our mom with an awesome staff then the BeeHive at Enchanted Hills.

My mother resided here from September 2019 until her passing August 2020. The night she was passing one caretaker did so much for our family. Jason Russell was so kind caring and loving towards my mom in her final hours. Because it was during COVID my mom was alone in her darkest hour and he made sure he was there. Not only did he help me find a local priest to anoint her he let me know he had blessed her and sang to her. He said I won’t leave her alone. He also put the phone on speaker so I could tell my mom what I needed to say. Jason, just to know that someone was there helping her on her journey home means so much to our family. Thank you for honoring our mother Gladys that night! You truly are a special person!!

I knew someone who went here who was considered family she was treated well and was happy there.

My father lived here for several months at the end of his life. He had excellent care by all the staff. They went out of their way to help us in every way. Worked closely with my dad, with me and hospice. Very respectful of my dad which was so important to me. My dad found companionship with other residents which had not happened at his previous assisted living. I am forever grateful to this wonderful group of caretakers, including a marvelous, kind cook, for looking after my dad. He was happy here and that means the world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
