As a hospice nurse, I have the opportunity to visit many assisted living and residential care facilities throughout the Albuquerque area. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of the qualities that distinguish exceptional care environments from average ones. BeeHive Homes of Enchanted Hills and Sheriff Posee consistently exceeds expectations. What stands out most is the exceptional level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. The attention to detail is remarkable, and it is evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. Even during evening and weekend visits, the facility remains consistently clean, organized, and well managed. The residents are always well-groomed, engaged, and appear genuinely happy. The meals are appetizing and thoughtfully prepared, reflecting the staff’s commitment to resident well-being. The leadership team sets a positive tone throughout the community. Chloe, Linda and Kitty exemplify professionalism, compassion, integrity, and advocacy for the residents they serve. Equally impressive is the kindness and respect shown by every staff member. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted warmly and treated with professionalism. Their dedication to both residents and visiting healthcare providers is evident in every interaction. Having visited countless facilities throughout my nursing career, I can confidently say that BeeHive Homes are among the very best. If I were looking for a place for a loved one—or even for myself—this would be one of my top choices. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking exceptional care, cleanliness, and compassionate staff.

My wife spent 8 months here, overall it was a positive experience, most of the staff was friendly and efficient however toward the end my wife began complaining abour people on the night shift being rude and unhelpful. My biggest complaint at this time is that my wife had head lice when she was released to me. That had to have happened there and surely had to have been noticed before discharge day. After we had been home for a few days we got a visit from an inspector from the State of New Mexico Senior Services Department because someone had filed an "anonymous report" that I was unable to care for my wife. This was obviously filed by someone at Beehive.

I recently made a professional visit to resident at Enchanted Hills; met Leah (mgr) and Jessica (caregiver) who were both so warm, engaging with residents, and genuinely caring. It's a quiet location but not far from all neededs, etc, not fancy - but rather a homey and welcoming environment. I was impressed!!!!

Our Mom has been in Enchanted Hills Bee Hive (Rio Rancho) for over a year. Friendly and caring staff. Kayla is kind, compassionate, caring and treats residents and their relatives like a member of her own family. Always positive and upbeat. We couldn't ask for a better living facility for our mom with an awesome staff then the BeeHive at Enchanted Hills.
