I want to share a little bit about Amber Vickrey who is the activities director there. She reached out to me regarding bringing our therapy dogs in to visit the residents. She took it upon herself to seek this partnership with us so she could help bring smiles and joy to the residents. Not only that, but our therapy dog team members have really enjoyed getting to spend time there and keep new friends. One of the pups that goes seems to especially enjoy it. Amber has stayed in close contact with me to make sure this continues on a regular basis. It is so evident that she truly cares for the residents there and their happiness. She has a beautiful heart and I know she’s making a difference in the lives of many. I would recommend this facility because of Amber alone. 5 stars PLUS PLUS!

My mother has been at BeeHive Homes of Four Hills for the last several months. She has had attentive and excellent care from many caregivers. A special thanks to Hannah and Bree and Barbara, all of whom have become her trusted friends. Thanks also to the cooks, Betty and Tricia and Vicky, who prepare wonderful meals. My mom is eating more variety and more nutritious calories than when she was preparing her own food. Plus they are happy to offer me a meal if I visit at mealtime! The house manager Sarah and site manager Jayne have also been very responsive to requests and questions from our family. Sarah has become my mother's friend as well. I feel like this facility is run very professionally and with a compassionate and caring attitude towards its residents. I would recommend a BeeHive Home to anyone needing assisted living care for a family member.

My brother went into the Beehive as a hospice patient because he was so neglected at a nursing home in the area. If I hadn't moved him to this Beehive he probably wouldn't have lasted another 2 days. He arrived to his private room at the Beehive in the mid afternoon and by dinner time he was actually eating homemade soup and 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwich. This was amazing to all because he had pretty much stopped eating prior to arriving. My brother constantly raved about Betty's home cooking. The staff was very attentive to my brother with all of his needs such as bathing, changing his brief promptly and making sure he had everything he needed. The entire place including residents rooms and common areas were kept clean and spotless at all time. There was never any odors as it always smelled clean and fresh. I really want to thank everyone at Beehive, Jayne, Sarah, Barbara, Betty and all the staff their that made my brother feel so special with their kindness and above and beyond care. I give much credit to the Beehive and my brother's physical therapist for my brother being able to no longer need hospice after only 4 months at Beehive and be able to move to a new assisted living where he has his own apartment and takes care of himself now. It is extremely rare that anyone graduates hospice. Thank you Beehive!

My mom resided at the Beehive during the last 9 months of her life. When she first came to the Beehive, she was oriented and able to ambulate using her walker. She quickly made friends and loved being there. Also, the Beehive accommodated her vegetarian diet. The house manager, Sarah Torino was kind and professional. My mom's birthday was a month before she passed away. The Beehive staff, Jayne and Sarah gave her a beautiful birthday party. They provided her with her favorite cake, balloons, flowers and a birthday card. All of the residents came into her room to sing happy birthday. At this time, my mom was bed bound and declining quickly. I was so grateful to all of them for the love and caring that was shown to my mom during the last days of her life.

My mother-in-law moved into BeeHive for her end-of-life care and we could not have asked for a better experience for her. She was able to have visitors for her final days in a clean, comfortable, and homey environment. The food was fantastic and they were able to accommodate her dietary needs as her health deteriorated. The staff was outstanding, attentive, compassionate, and caring. (A special shout out to Barbara and the house manager, Sarah!) They worked closely with Ambercare Hospice to ensure she was well cared for in her final days. We feel so blessed to have found BeeHive and we could not recommend them highly enough.
