My mother-in-law has lived in a Beehive on Montano Rd NW in Albuquerque for years! She absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, this service model has no onsite administrator or nurse. The air conditioning has been out in her room for more than two weeks which I view as completely unacceptable in July. Because of the lack of management onsite, we get very little communication. I would recommend this facility for residents who can be their own advocate. If you think that a manager should have called a family member to warn them their mother would be going without air conditioning for weeks, I would completely agree with you. This is an example of the lack of communication that occurs. It should be noted that the resident herself absolutely loves this facility and has loved it since the month she moved in.

My brother has resided at BeeHive..The Village.House E for several years. He is fortunate to have selected this setting. The staff are competent, attentive and caring. During my years of visiting him, I have come to especially appreciate a management team of Heidi Spolar and Crystal Bogue. They are available, alert, knowledgeable , kind...and most appreciated ....interested in the safety, comfort and day to day needs of residents. A grateful sister.

I am very blessed to have my mother at BeeHive of Hobbs. The staff is very patient with her and they help her with whatever she is needing and I love the pictures that they send of her having fun. Thankful that BeeHive was there when we needed them.

I have had two individual experiences with this company, with two different loved ones. Both times were very short notice for the help we needed. Both times Beehive was able to step up. We found that communication with the staff was welcomed and responsive. That is a huge key for me. There is no replacement for being at home, but when our loved one had a need, it was met. In fact, the management went over and above for us a couple of times. The home itself was beautiful and welcoming. I have had friends who also had relatives here, and recommended it to me without reservation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

When it became obvious that my 96-yr old Grandmother would no longer be able to stay in an Independent Living facility, we started shopping around, visiting a dozen Albuquerque area facilities, and looking at countless reviews online. We picked BeeHive Homes and never regretted it for the 1 1/2 years that she lived there. The staff and management was terrific, and seemed to genuinely care for my Grandmother's welfare. Each building (6 total) houses up to 15 residence and is run/staffed independently. Each residence room is slightly larger than a standard home bedroom, and has it's own large bathroom with a very large central bath for special needs. Residence dine together in a home-like dining-room where they get to know each other. We stayed active in her care with multiple unannounced drop-in's each week, but were never, (OK, seldom) disappointed in what we found. When we had concerns, they were always addressed. The location near Paseo and I-25 was very convenient, with nearby stores, restaurants and even a good hair salon for our weekly outings with Grandma. I think BeeHive Homes on Corona was a good choice for Grandma and us.
