I am an RN that sees residents occasionally in Bella Rose. My visit on 11/13/25, the staff were all friendly, very helpful with issues concerning the resident. We’re very kind to the resident. The facility is very clean tidy!

We are grateful for the attentive, friendly, and caring staff at Bellarose! Many teammates have gone above and beyond, and have helped my Mom acclimate quickly, since her move-in one month ago. A special shout-out to Brenda Groll, who ensures that every week is chock-full of activities and entertainment for varied interests. She works long hours and tirelessly. She is perceptive, full of energy and smiles, and has a listening ear when it comes to helping new and long-time residents feel included and special. She has the gift of making sure that residents' individual life accomplishments and talents are welcomed and put to good use. Our thanks to her, and the entire Bellarose team!

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 2 years. We are very comfortable here. Our neighbors and other residents are friendly . The staff here is pleasant as well. Our lifestyle director Brenda Groll, is an outstanding woman, we cannot ask for anyone better. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need, she arranges entertainment for us, and keeps us busy and happy. We cannot say enough good things about her. She is one of the very best things about Bellarose.

We moved into Bellarose Senior Living in June. We have made dear friends, and we are very happy here! The best thing about Bellarose is Brenda Groll, the Independent living activities coordinator. She plans activities, including bus outings, games and fitness classes for us each day! She really cares about each of us!

This is a beautiful facility, but don’t be misled. It was sold to our family as an age in place “community “. But there are a lot of hoops to jump through to go from independent to assisted living , ( if you qualify) they will charge you for every little thing. There is a charge to bring the resident food in assisted living, what is assisted living !?!? If they need help with laundry, there is a charge for that also. The food is very mediocre and almost always cold. The fees are astronomical. You would be further ahead to hire a caregiver and keep them in their home. The staff is clueless regarding the patients medication, and that is terrifying. They cannot keep things straight! It’s their job to know, and they don’t! The washing machines provided by this facility has been inoperable for at least two months. There is one machine that works. Again, this is unacceptable for the amount of money you will spend at this “beautiful facility “. Would not recommend to friend or enemy.
