Absolutely disgusting. You had to have the police come and transport 15 of your residents in the Memory Care Unit to local hospitals due to NEGLECT. Gangrene & Bed Sores?? What in the world? People, if you have a loved one there. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO STAY THERE. EDIT: The owners actually had a response to this CORRECT information. People were NEGLECTED in the Memory Ward. This facility is UNDERSTAFFED and Staff is UNDERPAID. Pay attention owners, absolutely disgusting what you are doing and allowing for the residents of YOUR facility. May God have mercy on your soul.

If there was Zero stars I would put that. i took care of a family friend i was there for about three weeks and what i saw you’ll make your skin crawl. No activities whatsoever, there is nothing for these people to do other then sit watch tv and drink cranberry juice. all they feed them is bread cheap stuff pizza lasagna ziti. there are patients pushing other patients in wheelchairs. the staff is very rude to the other patients saying “what do you want” the staff are sleeping while they are supposed to be watching patients the bathrooms are disguising with dirty pampers and in the lunchrooms housekeeping doesn’t even clean the rooms. the patients sit in their own waste for at least twelve hours they are severely understaffed. they leave the patients unsupervised i’ve never seen anything like it. there are flies everywhere bugs in the lights. i’m surprised the place isn’t shut down.

I would NEVER bring your loved ones here. There is far better places to bring them that will actually treat your family GOOD. This place is abusive, with staff that truly does not care about what they do or why they do it. They only care about that paycheck hitting on Friday. Think about this: Do you want to bring your loved ones to a place where the overnight staff sleep during their shift? No, I didn’t think so. So don’t bring them here.

If I could put no stars I would! My mom was there only 5 months. The reason I placed her there was because of Denna (Memory Care Director) After being there a month that Memory Care Director was replaced with someone who cut the daily activities literally in half! Then after my mom only being there 3 months & under contract I was contacted over & over that my moms rate would be going up. A closet door fell off & fell on mom’s head! Her clothing (with her name labeled) was stolen all the time! Then on 8/3/24 they claim she was awake at 3am & at 4am she had passed. NOONE tried any life saving efforts & they waited 40 minutes to called an ambulance!!! There was no DNR!
