Belvedere Commons of Franklin

We’ve been extremely impressed with Belvedere Commons of Franklin. Rhonda, the business office manager, and Lauren, the Director of Wellness, have gone above and beyond in coordinating my mother-in-law’s care from afar, making the process smooth and reassuring. As one of the better options for low-income seniors in the Tennessee Choices program, they truly make the most of the resources they have to provide compassionate and attentive care. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. We’re grateful for all they do.

We ended up moving our in laws to a different city but I thought Marge went above and beyond in explaining everything about their community in a particularly professional and highly responsive way. This is a community I would definitely strongly consider for the Nashville/ Franklin Area.

I was conservator for a woman in the memory care unit at Belvedere and I can only say great things about the place. It's clean, comfortable, and most importantly the staff is fantastic and they truly care. Great communication and they went the extra mile to make sure she was taken care of.

My parent is a resident in the Assisted Living side of Belvedere Commons and I am so thankful for the staff each and every day. The peace of mind that Belvedere Commons and their staff, in particular Rhonda and Lauren, has been unmatched and I could not ask for two better people to look after my parent. They are always only a phone call or text away if we need anything and go above and beyond for the residents. This isn't just a job to Lauren and Rhonda, it is a calling, one they take very seriously and they show love and respect to the residents as if they were their own loved ones. My parent has built wonderful relationships with caregivers there and I am incredibly grateful for them as well. It's not easy when having to transfer a parent to assisted living, and if you can find a place like this that will give you peace of mind, where you know your loved one is safe and well cared for, it means everything.

My mother is currently in the assisted living side of Belvedere. I have been very pleased with the facility and she is happy. This place is extremely clean and DOES NOT smell. The rooms are very nice and up to date and have large bathrooms. The director, finance/office manager and director of nursing are all AWESOME!! Any time I have any concerns they listen and the residents love them. They just had the best Thanksgiving meal for the residents and their families and did a great job. All of the staff and management were there and helping set up and serve. The caregivers that I have encountered are so sweet. I honestly am so glad this is a place that we can afford. I toured some other facilities before seeing this one and left them in tears because there was no way I would leave my mom there and then found Belvedere and knew immediately this was the place. My mom has not been depressed once since being there and I can't express the peace of mind that I have when I leave there.
