We moved my step father here from another community. The staff has been great in helping him transition and feel at home again. Costs and amenities are a great value .

Belvedere Commons of Seneca has been a blessing to work with. The team has bent over backwards to make accomodations for our family with unexpected circumstances. The facility is welcoming and fun to tour our special resident around indoors & out to view the courtyard and flowers. The staff have loved on our grandmother and are willing to communicate with our family whenever we have questions or concerns. The staff even provided a welcome gift during our first month of stay. We are very pleased with our care and the community they provide.

Belvedere Commons of Seneca is a Top Notch Assisted Living that we enjoy working with in partnership with our patients! The community is beautiful and the staff are caring and kind. Working in Home Health, our clinicians and myself work closely with their nurse Robbie along with their amazing team, and have enjoyed an excellent partnership. We love recommending Belvedere in the community!

My mother in law was placed in the “Memory Care” side and it was not a good experience. Her medication wasn’t given correctly, lost or otherwise. The Main Care , independent resident areas are extremely nice compared to the Memory Care. It has broken dirty furniture, cleaning, hair and drinks are in a broken down kitchen area that I can not understand how inspections are even being passed. Again, if she had been “able” to be in the regular areas possibly there would have been a difference. However, we felt she was not getting the care, interaction or otherwise with this facility. We immediately moved her and are much happier where she is now. Moving a loved one to this type of living is EXTREMELY difficult. It’s a lot of money and care is not always what you expect it to be or how you would do it if you could. My advise to anyone is you will simply have to go often to any facility to see that the care is what you expect or can live with. You simply have to find the fit for your family, pay attention and still be very involved. What we were told would be fine on the Memory Care side is certainly NOT what occurs.

When my Mom moved to South Carolina, we set up tours of three Assisted Living Facilities for her. She like Belvedere Commons the best because of the light and airy environment (she had Glaucoma) and she loved the lunch she got as part of the tour! For my husband and I, as her caretakers, Belvedere Commons was a life saver!! We tried living in her house and taking care of her, but as she declined, it became a 24/7 responsibility, with our house literally sitting vacant for 6 months. Belvedere Commons allowed us to reclaim our lives. It was so nice to move back home!!! It doesn't stop there. Having Mom at Belvedere Commons was a lifesaver, that's true. However, because of the wonderful staff there who loved and cared for her on a daily basis, I didn't have to worry about her wellbeing. She loved it there! She always talked about the staff by name and the little things they did for her. I could be peaceful because she was peaceful. Thanks to the tremendous management and staff at Belvedere Commons. I want everyone to know about the great job you do!!
