This is now called Benbrook Place. Supposedly high end senior living now. So for an average of 10,500 a month ur grandma can have juice put of a wine glass, enjoy the same old furniture that's been moved from other rooms throughout the building, a nice fresh coat of paint, some pretty pictures from Target. Can't forget the menu of chicken fingers and apple sauce. 33 bed facility struggling to keep open with 4 people who are getting robbed of their life savings. Unqualified so called Cna's that can't remember what they did an hour ago let alone look after ur loved one. Glorified studio rooms way overpriced.

I wouldn’t put my dog in this place. Nurses lying about patients and illnesses, having dementia patients sign packets of papers with no copies given, telling the patient that they”wouldn’t have them sign anything they wouldn’t have their grandmother sign”. Staff stopping visitors in hallways to complain about the patient to their family. Lying to the family about happenings that the very staff member wasn’t even present for but the family member was. Call bells unanswered for 15-20 minutes. My family Member lost a ton of weight while there too-weight she couldn’t afford to lose. I got her out of there as soon as was allowed. I was warned from another family about the care there, but thought it was an anomaly. It wasn’t. There is one aide who does her job and the physicians are decent. The regular everyday staff-awful. Please don’t put your loved ones here. It’s the former VNA hospice center- it’s beautiful but the care is not.

I would rate it a zero if I could. This place does not care about your loved one. They forget to give medication, they don't read discharge papers or medications that have been discontinued. They will leave your call bell ring for 15 mins and give the excuse they are passing trays out or just turn call bell off. They throw personal belongings away clothes. They don't assist them with feeding. I can go in and in. Please don't put your love on here.

If you are considering putting your lived one in this facility, beware. Very poor documentation, staff that doesn’t do their Job. It seems amply staffed, yet poor quality of care. It is a beautiful shiny new facility, but this is just superficial. If you look under the surface, it is frightening. It may be OK for patients who are capable of caring for themselves, but I would venture to say that most people who end up in this facility are not.
