Benchmark Senior Living At Nashua Crossings

Our mom and dad both stayed at Nashua Crossing Benchmark. They loved living there. Every staff member was friendly, kind and caring. The leadership team went out of their way to accommodate our parents and our family and to help guide us through the many challenges that families of the elderly face. Michelle, the director, was and continues to be very accessible, responsive, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond.

Wonderful facility and very attentive staff . Mom's been a resident for three months and has new friends, activities and a comfortable room of her own. Just enjoyed a magnificent Christmas party for families and residents. Michele and Sandra are a terrific team!

My Mom (92 years old with long term dementia, wheelchair) has spent the past year in "The Harbor", the secure Memory Care Unit at Nashua Crossings. It has been the best experience for both of us! Mom is happy, well fed, entertained with many activities, and comfortable with all of the familiar faces. It is obvious that she feels loved by all of her caregivers as well as other staff members. Lots of hugs are shared. She has a generous private bedroom with 3/4 bath and the entire building is very clean, no odors, with many friendly staff members in every area. The residents in other areas are often about and also seem happy and friendly. As the family member, I know that I can call at any time about any concern I might have about Mom- or the RN may call me if she has any questions. It is such a relief to know that my Mom is being lovingly cared for as I can not do myself.

Nashua Crossings I have a very dear family friend who lives here. I've visited at all different times, including the weekends. The entire staff is always welcoming, and genuinely kind. Always working hard, and can always offer a nice smile. I was amazed at how all the management is also hands on, not typical for this type of facility. Very refreshing, excellent food, beautiful clean facility also. If you are in need of care for a loved one. I definitely recommend Nashua Crossings, I promise you will not be disappointed. Thanks to all the dedicated staff that make sure everyone feels at home.

From our first visit Sandra made us feel welcome and her primary concern. As we toured the facility and saw staff interacting with the residence we knew it was the right place for mom and dad. The setting and the feel of being more natural and a part of nature added to our comfort with it bro g right for mom and dad. With them now there for 3 months we could not be happier with our decision to have mom and dad join the Nashua Crossing community. It is a community that is filled with such caring individuals. We are at peace knowing they have such loving care and support in this next chapter of life. The staff are amazing! The information sharing is great. Thank you for all you do, a great team!
