Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook

My mother lived at Robbins Brook for two years. The staff was friendly and caring and the nurses showed compassion. The food is wonderful and I would often stay for meals while visiting my mother. The staff gave me peace of mind and took great care of my mother during her time there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and secure place for a family member . ❤️

Robbins Brook is amazing. Definite 5 stars. My mother lived there for 7 years, mostly in the dementia program. RB always took excellent care of her, both physically and emotionally. Some of the staff knew her and cared for her for the entire 7 years she was there. RB was a happy home for my mother. I would not hesitate to have another family member live there.

My Dad is very happy here as he receives excellent care and everyone on the staff is pleasant. He has never complained about anything and he always is happy to see Donna Q. whenever she stops by to check in with him. Also, everyone working at the front desk has always been helpful whenever I call or come in for a visit. Last but not least, the meals there are great!

Benchmark Senior Living at Robbins Brook has been a very positive experience for our entire family. When you approach it from there outside you are welcomed by beautiful groomed gardens and a front porch that reminds one of home. Entering the spacious lobby you are pleasantly greeted by Donna, who is there with a smile to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. The nursing staff, aides, management staff and maintenance work as a team to provide a caring environment for our loved ones. I have been on a first name basis with the majority of the staff from the beginning, which in many ways makes them feel like part of our extended family. I highly recommend Robbins Brook.

The Benchmark Team at Robbins Brook in Acton are amazing caregivers--and caring, compassionate human beings. Each person is extremely dedicated, whether desk staff, directors, nurses, aides, or any of the other numerous positions needed to make this community run so smoothly. Every time I've come in, I've been greeted by name and with a warm smile, along with updates on my parents and offers of assistance to facilitate our visit. The Director of Memory Care frequently emails and calls to let me know about any new initiatives or changes in my parents' condition, positive or negative. I can see how hard the staff work, not only to give the residents the best care, but also to engage them in a range of activities, from group games and live concerts, to individual pursuits like flower arranging and painting tor puzzle making in pairs. I feel so fortunate to have found Robbins Brook for my mom and dad.
