I hD a horrible meeting with Director, front desk assistant, and case manager. The gentlmen there life skills trainer was the only one.not rolling his eyes towards the sky. I called the director today. She advise me to call her 10:00a.m. she has the phones set up to where I only get a busy signal. In my opinion they are leading conversations and intimidating him. It is raining today. She knows I just had eye surgery and can't get to my son at her residential home. She can talk to me when its.convenient for her but when there is a problem I need to have 'guardianship.' Then she yells 'Why don't you keep your son yourself. The case manager has not set up her phone for messaging so no messages can be left. Her phone has has been like this for 5 years. Why does the other case managers have to have vm set up & call you back in 48 to 72 hrs approximately and she's screaming she hasn't had vm in 5 years.. when it's convenient for her to talk to me about my son its fine, but now there's a problem she throws in my face. I don't know

I have a relative who loves it here. They work with their clients on becoming independent and they really seem to be caring. Lots of resources. Nice community.
