BENTON HOUSE OF COVINGTON

My mom is thriving since she moved in and receives wonderful care from the entire team. We are so thankful that we found Benton House and highly recommend it.

$6000 a month and the staff won't feed patients who can't feed themselves. My mother was there and they wouldn't even give her anything to drink to keep her hydrated. If you truly love your family member you'll steer clear of the benton house of Covington.

We found Benton House Covington in May 2022 and relocated my mother into their Memory Care unit that June. I have been consistently impressed with their staff, environment, accessibility, and support. As a Millennial and long-distance caregiver, navigating full time care for my family member was increasingly difficult but the Benton House Covington team relieved much of the stress along the way. I am grateful to see that my mother is safe, comfortable, and experiencing quality of life at this stage of progressive cognitive decline. Thank you!

Benton House of Covington is AMAZING! Our entire family visited several facilities before deciding on Benton House....we all agreed this was definitely the right place for our Mother, and we were right. Each and every person working here has been wonderful to our mama! She has blossomed since being here and says she loves her new room. She is so much happier here and very well taken care of. She has nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone, but she really raves about Tanisha. Even when any of us visits each and every staff member speaks and has a smile. From the director to the nurses, assistants and even the people in the kitchen each one listens to the residents and seems to genuinely care for them. Thank you Benton House of Covington for such a wonderful and kind environment!!!

We took our mom there for a few days while we went to a out of town wedding. I can hardly express my complete satisfaction with the Benton House & it's staff. From the moment we spoke with the people in the office the week before mom arrived, to those that actually cared for her. My apprehensive mom fit right in to the community, and said, to my surprise, when we came to pick her to go home "I like it here...I made a friend". I would, wholeheartedly, recommend The Benton House of Covington for you love one!
