We moved to NWA over 2 years ago with the intention of renting for one year and moving back home. We looked at about five houses that weekend, meeting several agents along the way but the first agent we met stayed in touch to make sure we were settling in, even though we didn’t rent her home. It was a no brainer to call Jill Williams when we decided to call NWA home. We look at approximately 25 homes from Bella vista to Rogers, to Fayetteville, cave springs, elm springs. She didn’t just set us up on an automated email, but she took the time to customize what we were looking for. With every scheduling, she investigated the neighborhood, surrounding area, the home’s previous listing. Jill was and is a wealth of knowledge. Always showing up with a smile, a hug, and full of excitement. While we spent time walking the home she gave us privacy and played part time nanny to our 2 year old. After about the third time he would run to her when he got out the car. He LOVES Mrs. Jill. After 4 months of looking and being very picky, Jill found the perfect home for our family of 7 but more importantly she made us feel at home in NWA from the very first meeting. Thank you Jill.
