Bickford Cottage Ames

I would love to give a better review. Two weeks ago, I called about my sister in law. I was told a Director would call me back. No call. A week ago I emailed both acting directors and have not heard a word.

From the door opening with a smile, I loved this location. I have toured 2 families here, both of which chose to move their family members in. Darrbie (sales) was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I really feel confident when I bring a potential resident to this location.

I worked with the good folks at Bickford for over a year to place our mom in their care. Although, our mother's health did not allow her much time at Bickford, they were kind, compassionate, prompt, professional, and went out of their way to make the transition for our mom. We dealt mostly with Darribe who was the best. I have been in business for years, and she was AMAZING throughout the process. I haven't seen that type of service in years! Job Well Done. Thanks!

Working with Ames Bickford as been great. I know that they are compassionate and caring. Annessa is wonderful! Ames Community is truly better because of the services that are available with Bickford. Bickford of Ames goes above to do what ever it takes to make the care of their residents outstanding.

Bickford of Ames is great! Not only are they caring but they truly go above and beyond for their residents, families and staff.
