Bickford Cottage Burlington

Bickford is a wonderful living facility that exceeds all expectations. Every time I visit my grandpa, I am greeted by friendly staff and it is a very clean, well-maintained place. Bickford does an incredible job of keeping residents social and entertained; the amount of activities my grandpa participates in is wonderful! He has went on field trips, painted rocks, done science experiments, and so much more. Bickford also hosts several family events that we have enjoyed, such as Donuts with Grandparents and Trick or Treat. Our family is so relieved and happy to have Grandpa in a safe and loving community that truly knows him and cares.

We love the friendly staff and environment at Bickford! The residents get to do fun activities daily, plus many get to enjoy outings as well! It’s also great that Bickford is so welcoming of all family visitors stopping by whenever works best for them. Overall great place for your loved ones!

Had a wonderful time trick or treating at the bickford !! Made my heart melt all the residents sitting out giving candy. I wish I could do more then leave a review they rock!!!

Bickford is very family oriented, beautiful, and full of warm positive vibes. They took the greatest care of my grandmother when she lived there. We knew she was in good hands at all times. The caregivers and all staff members alike really love the residents and treat them like family. They go above and beyond to make their residents comfortable in their transition to assisted living. The meals are homemade, delicious, and ever-changing so it's never the same old things. The residents are always busy doing fun activities daily. Outings, trivia, art, historical presentations, and even live musicians come to play. Every staff member has a smile on their face and will help you with absolutely anything. They form real bonds and connections with their residents. It's not just a job to the staff and that truly makes all the difference. I would 100% recommend Bickford to anyone in search of an assisted living facility for their family member. You really have the peace of mind you need when your family member is living at Bickford Senior Living of Burlington.

The staff here is great and they really seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always clean. The activities are well planned and fun! There is always this one nurse on staff that helps with everyone and their staff. She has a great attitude. This kind of work can't just be done by anybody; it takes a special kind of person, and Haley is the perfect example of this! Keep up the good work!!
