Bickford Cottage I Sioux City

If i could give them a 0 stars i would. If you love your family member's, i REPEAT, DO NOT bring them here!! They have issues with bed bugs AND roaches all over in their memory unit. They DO NOT know how to control their staff, very lazy and can barely find anyone. The place is always dirty with trash and gunk stuck to the walls, bathrooms are never clean. My own families room is never up kept, sad to have to ask for her room to be cleaned. I never see management out and helping their staff on the floor! Sadly this place is poorly ran with management who only care about themselves and the company name. Your loved ones will NOT be happy here, they WILL DIE!

There are cockroaches in the building. Management does not care about the residents care, only the money they are pocketing. Staff gets verbally abused and threatened by management. Extremely poor run facility.

Bickford always has fun activities going on with attentive staff and their building always looks welcoming and homey. Their residents are clean and happy! Bickford is a great place to be!

Every time I visit Bickford the residents are having fun, heading out for fun or engaging with outside entertainment. It is a comfortable and safe community where residents have their lives enriched everyday.

My Great Aunt lived on the Memory Care side in her last years. We felt safe and had a peace of mind with her there. The Bickford staff are always planning or doing something fun and engaging with their residents. I’ve always entered to friendly staff and it looking and smelling so nice!
