Bickford of Iowa City is a wonderful place for your loved one. When you first come through the door it immediately has that homey feeling. Staff and management are caring and curtious to the residents. Big Thumbs up!

Bickford of Iowa City is hands down one of the best Assisted Living facilities I’ve ever seen! The staff is so friendly and they really get to know their residents!! Chris the cook does a great job with the food and it always looks and smells so amazing!! Sara is doing a fantastic job as the director as well, im very impressed with the leadership she shows in and around her branch!

Our family member has regained a sense of routine and purpose with the incredible care and support she is receiving at Bickford. She is eating three meals a day, enjoying numerous daily activities and developing new friendships with other residents as well as the compassionate staff. She is engaged and happy and feels safe and secure in her surroundings. We couldn’t be more grateful, thank you to everyone at Bickford of Iowa City.

Bickford of Iowa City is such a cozy place! It is smaller than other assisted livings which makes the care and relationships more personal. Staff really get to know their residents and their resident's families. Staff go above and beyond for residents, and each other.
