Bickford of Marion truly feels like family! The staff go above and beyond every single day to make sure residents are cared for, respected, and loved. You can tell how much heart they put into everything. From the fun daily activities to the warm, home-like environment. The building is always clean, welcoming, and full of laughter. It’s comforting to know residents are surrounded by people who genuinely care about their happiness and well-being. Highly recommend Bickford to anyone looking for a compassionate, uplifting senior living community! 💛

I've know Executive Director, Misty Cottrell, for over 10 years... she is best of the best! Senior care is her passion and she promotes a positive atmosphere in her community to provide the best care for her residents. Every time I visit her community, the staff are interacting with the residents and smiles and laughter are being shared!

I liked my visit at your facility. My family member was very busy doing crafty things and laughing with the staff and everyone that was joining in. Keep up the great work!

A place for your family member to call home. When you walk into Bickford the cleanliness and friendliness are the first things you will notice. It’s cozy and reminds you of a comfortable home. We have been fortunate enough to visit with many of the staff members of Bickford. Nikki by far will when your heart over. She will care for your loved one as her very own friend and relative. I always know who to call on for questions! Nikki is always spunky, full of life, fun, love and light. When you leave your loved one at Bickford knowing Nikki is there, you are confident they will be cared for with the upmost respect and love. She will also keep your loved ones and yourself smiling/laughing. ♥️ We love Bickford and Nikki! ♥️
