Bickford Cottage Muscatine

Pearl City Place is a awesome place! It is very home feeling. The staff love the residents. Jordyn does a wonderful job with activities. She loves all the residents very much. Cortney is a very good director. We had other directors before her and they did not even come close to comparing. Becca is the best nurse so loving and patient.

Has been a big adjustment for Margaret but she’s getting acclimated in her new home. She enjoys participating in the activities, meeting other residents , even making new friends. The staff has been very helpful during this transition . Our family appreciates very much !

I visited this community a week or so ago for the first time. The community gave off a comfortable at home like vibes. Everyone was very friendly and there were residents smiling and laughing with Jordyn the Life Enrichment Director while they created their scratch art masterpieces. They truly seemed to be having such a wonderful time!

We moved Mom to Pearl City Place in April and we love it there. She is getting along great. They take great care of our Seniors. The food is wonderful. Courtyards and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Nice and clean and comfy inside. Fun activities too. We highly recommend Pearly City Place.

Can't say enough bad things about this place. They don't care about their residents. They made an elderly man put their dog down within an hour of letting him know. He is my close family friend and he was devastated. Since their management took over abruptly, they fired a caring, compassionate employee after they fought for the residents' well being. It's also poorly managed and everything I would not want my family member to be in the care of. It makes me sick to my stomach that they are still in business.
