Bickford - Macomb Cottage

It was a pleasure meeting with Robin and several caregivers. They were welcoming and the community was clean. I appreciated the home style meals, the baked chicken looked amazing.

Bickford's atmosphere is that of "home". Staff treats residents as family. I observe it being very friendly, very clean, and inclusive of all. All staff work hard to make it the very best. I also hear the food is superior.

I have been to visit Bickford several, several times throughout the years. My grandmother was a resident a few years back. Bickford of Macomb has always been a clean, caring and warm facility. Robin is a wonderful director and residents and family can always expect to be treated with diginity and respect.

I have been to Bickford of Macomb to visit several times. The atmosphere is very homelike and comfortable. Robin and Alicia are always very helpful. All of the staff are always warm and friendly when greeting me. When I visit, the residents are happy and appear to enjoy living at Bickford.

The staff here genuinely cares for the residents. Everyone from the director, dishwasher, med techs and nurses and maintenance gets to know our loved one personally in order to give them the best next chapter. Thanks Robin and all the Bickford staff for your hard work and love!
