MY BLESSED HOME

Everything that is posted for positive feedback for this place is a lie!!! My sister-in-law was dumped in this hellhole by Calvary Baptist Church in Leavenworth. She had no sat so in the decision. The food is disgusting and the food is left out from lunch to dinner. It is not refrigerated after it's made after lunch is made. The cook doesn't wear gloves when preparing the food. The halls are so dark it is a hazard for falls. They keep the lights off in the common area too. The staff is rude and uncaring. They say that they don't yell at the residents, but they do. They have to spray for bedbugs. If we knew what the environment was like we would've intervened and not let her move in. We've called Adult protective services twice with nothing coming from it. Save yourselves a lot of heart ache and frustration, stay away from this place.

Please do not employ this company. They promise to come over but never do and then try to blame it on you! Terrible social skills and very unprofessional treatment to my disabled daughter who had to go into the hospital due to their negligence and refusal of following through.Agree with previous reviews to not waste your time with this abusive company!

Please, for your loved ones safety and well being DO NOT Let this company provide services.. They Do not show up and when they do the quality of work performed could be done better by a 10 year old.. Always burning food, wasting supplies, not cleaning apartment properly, not keeping my loved one clean and odor free. To top it all off the CNA that came to her house threatened her by saying you don’t know who you are messing with and threatened to throw her life line, which is her phone. Contacted the state for a new company and it has been 12 days. State qualified her for 3 hours a day seven days a week. At this point I am feeling sooo helpless. I wish the state would have left her in LTC, if this is the quality of service provided.
