I wanted to thank the staff and management, for the awesome care that was provided to my mom (Dora) I always felt welcome when I visited her .. Jason and I would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I place my father in this place hoping he would have a great experience. Unfortunately I was wrong as I saw many things wrong. I called to file a complaint. I spoke to a person name Jill and she was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. I will be withdrawing my father asap and suggest if you are looking for a place for your parent please look elsewhere

Just wanna give a huge shout out to Lexie for giving me a call and updating me on my pops. After 3 days of “this voicemail box is full”, I was getting pretty frustrated with the lack of response, especially when their 3rd party answering service told me they’d have someone call me the other day. Their 3rd party answering service is absolute garbage. You may get someone caring and receptive. Or you may get someone who’s rude and completely inconsiderate and non receptive to your concerns. They don’t seem to pass along messages when the voicemail boxes are full. They’ll get rude and hostile with you, and interrupt you while trying to speak. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they’ll say “I AM THE SUPERVISOR!” and then refuse to let you speak to anyone higher. Pretty amazing they only seem to have supervisors manning the phones 24/7… 🙄 Anyway… I haven’t been able to see the facility since my father was placed there, but it sounds like he’s doing well. And again, I am so incredibly grateful to Lexie for giving me a call and taking the time to update me on my dad. Truly 5-star communication from the folks actually working at the facility. If they would get a more professional answering service, they’d be even better! To whom ever manages your customer feedback at Blue Horizon, please fix your phone issues. Multiple people should be able to clean out VMs throughout the day. Thank you! And please keep taking good care of my dad. Sorry he tinkers with everything. He’s never been able to leave things alone. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I want to thank Jill and her staff at Blue Horizon for not only the excellent care, but especially the love they provided to my mother-in-law for almost a five year period. It is always challenging and difficult to move a family member into an assisted living facility. However, the staff made it a smooth transition. Additionally, they have always been responsive and worked well as a team with the third party care givers, including during those times when Mom became ill or something unexpected happened. The best compliment I can offer, is, almost every time we visited Mom, her interaction with Jill and her staff was filled with laughter, hugs, and love. Those memories and the smile on Mom's face will always warm my heart.

The staff and atmosphere at Blue Horizon is very friendly, warm and inviting!! Not only have they taken very good care of my father but they are kind with myself and family as well!! They interact with my Dad and have activities for him and they genuinely care about him as a person. I highly recommend Blue Horizon!
