Our parents chose The Boulevard as their forever home, and it started out great, a little over a year now. The big complaint we are hearing, not just from mom and dad, but their fellow residents: why is it so hard to make decent, healthy, and GOOD meals for people who are paying an exorbitant rate to live here? Please please please do better. Ribs should have more than 2 bites. Meat, in general, should not break teeth. And variety! Can you give them some? We know the state of the world is a mess, but please. Do Better.

I think they don't have enough staff to work in assisted living. My dad has had to wait over 40 minutes just for soup. No one is ever at the back door to let visitors in. Terrible. And my dad's bedding has not been washed in months. This place is so frustrating. When he was in Florida assisted living they were wonderful. His room never looked dirty. He in assisted living for a reason. Boulevard of St Peter's does not seem to have a clue of how to take care of residents that live on the assisted side. Very disappointed. Explain this. My dad was told he couldn't have his cat statue outside his door that it was "a code violation". Explain why others can have items outside their door. Such poor quality of service. The lack of communication is terrible no one seems to know the rules. I called and couldn't get an answer. I was told that there are a lot of residents thar have items outside their doors. So why tell me it's a code violation??

Staff is very friendly! There is just a good chemistry and vibe here! Plus the heated indoor pool, the community areas on each floor!

Our mother moved there in Feb 2024, when they were just finishing construction. It's pet-friendly, for both residents and visitors, they have an apartment available for overnight visitors, and a decent restaurant that I wouldn't call fine dining but far better than a cafeteria for residents. The units are quite nice. Mom has a balcony overlooking a courtyard, and I think all units have their own washer/dryers. Not a big fan of the vinyl fake wood flooring, but it's a pretty common choice for apartments of all kinds these days. Overall, mom likes it and we like it. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because it's quite pricey and more expensive than similar facilities in the area. That's probably acceptable while it's brand new, but they may find it harder to justify the cost once it shows some wear and tear.

It is a beautiful new building. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. We looked at their residential living for my parents. After the tour of the one bedroom apartment and amenities, I have no worries for my parents to move into this lovely community.
