It looks like it would be exciting place to live

I would not recommend this place. My mom was in assisted living and paid extra for the different level care. When I asked a couple of employees about why she wasn’t getting the extra care she was needing, I was told all residents are treated the same and they knew nothing about any Level care, so wonder where the money went😡🤥🤥🤥. There is 3 Levels of care I was told. I had went over all the help she would need with a office staff manager when I was getting her paper work done and the lady said she will be on Level 2 care which is extra money per month and I told her that was ok because I wanted my mom taken care off. The staff was more interested in being on their cell phones and outside smoking or hanging out in the parking lot with their family members, or sitting on the floor hanging out in the office. I went daily to check on my mom and I observed a lot, I even went in one night and saw two of the staff members on the couches sleeping. The place is very pretty on the outside and inside, but when it comes to the care of the residents I highly don’t recommend it, My mom was there for a month and half before she passed, wish I had never took her there. If you have family there you need to be observant, it’s a very deceiving place.

They took a group of seniors to Ingles today and left one of them behind. Thankfully I was able to help the woman get back before she tried finding her way back herself on such a cold, windy day. When I took her inside they hadn't even realized that she was missing. She could have died if she had wondered off and gotten lost in that weather.
