BRENTMOOR RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

Brentmoor Retirement Community is excellent. The staff is incomparable, their kindness and attentiveness made me feel that this was the best place for my father. I can’t express how wonderful it feels to know that my dad is in a safe , clean and caring place. After visiting other communities in the area it was clear that Brentmoor was the right choice .

My mother has been living at The Brentmoor for many years. She has, and continues to have a very good experience. She has friends, attends planned activities, participates in resident meetings, plays cards, utilizes the driving service for outings, and has a good relationship with the staff. She's very happy living there. The building is older and has recently seemed to need a lot of maintenance and the staff seem to turn over without warning or explanation. These things are not entirely unexpected in the situation, and The Brentmoor keeps bouncing back. It's a good place.

The Brentmoor is a well run, well maintained senior community that is personable, friendly, and has a down to earth environment with the feel of a luxury apartment building. There are numerous daily activities offered, on-site PT and a beauty shop. On day one, my parents began making friends and easily transitioned into the Brentmoor culture. My family couldn't be happier with our decision. I highly recommend the Brentmoor to anyone looking for a senior community run by passionate and caring professionals.

We knew from the very second we walked in to the Brentmoor that this was the place we wanted our parents to live. We were greeted immediately by staff and residents. Max Oppenheimer gave us the tour of the building, and went over everything with great enthusiasm. Max worked with us with setting up for the arrival of our parents and truly went above and beyond to accommodate our family needs. Once there they were welcomed with open arms by the staff and many residents. Their adjustment time for the move was accelerated because of the way the staff takes care of their residents. I do not mean a select few but the entire staff!!! Things could have not gone better with the transition. Our parents are very happy living there, partake in many of the daily activities that are posted, making new friends and are really enjoying themselves. I feel great knowing that we made a wonderful choice in choosing the Brentmoor for our parents retirement community.

The Brentmoor is outstanding! My mother found it and decided it was the perfect place for her. They welcomed her (and her dog) with open arms. The staff helped with her move in so many ways. They were professional, kind, and smiled -- especially when I couldn't. They helped keep her focused and worked with me (behind the scenes) to deliver a smooth transition. She's settled in nicely and her apartment is lovely. Very spacious when compared to other communities. Also of note, the food is excellent, the residents are exceptionally friendly, and the place is spotless. I highly recommend.
